ONU virtual course "Bioinformatics"

 Part 1.

  The aim of the course is to develop the methodology for conducting an online course “Bioinformatics” for students in crisis situations.

  The course provides for the acquisition of skills in working with biological databases, the application of bioinformatics methods to solving fundamental and applied problems of molecular biology, and the use of modern data analysis algorithms. Using programs of various types (online, desktop application, and R programming), students must learn methods of sequence alignment, searching of genes, data analysis, phylogenetic analysis, etc. This course will be included in the curriculum.

Part 2.
