Development of KNU virtual laboratory course "Fundamentals of Immunodiagnostics"
The aim of the course is to teach students the principles of setting research methods based on the antigen-antibody reaction.
The course involves mastering the principles of setting immunological research methods. These include methods based on direct registration of immune complexes (agglutination reaction, complement fixation reaction) and methods based on indirect registration of immune complexes (immunofluorescence, ELISA, ELISPOT).
