“Project management”
Nowadays it is important to integrate the Ukrainian science into European modern international projects. Success of each projects depends on the efficient management of the projects. Therefore, the proposed course is important to cover aspects of modern organizational forms of financing scientific projects, its main stages and principles of effective interaction of participants and proper legal registration; methodological provisions and tools for evaluating the results of scientific projects; strategies in scientific projects for obtaining funding; tools for attracting investments, grants, etc. in the implementation process scientific project; the main technologies of intellectual property rights protection and economics, in particular, the standards and objects of intellectual property law in Ukraine and the rules of the World Intellectual Property Organization.
The course will help to understand and justify the feasibility of project implementation and will give tools allowing to convince a potential investor, sponsor; evaluate the state, dynamics, and effectiveness of using potential the effect of the implementation of a scientific project; to develop solutions to ensure the effectiveness of the scientific project among different participants. This course will be included in the curriculum.
